How we handle your personal data
1. Background
The information is aimed at you as an informant at one of Verify Agency of Sweden AB's customers.
With this information text, Verify Agency of Sweden AB, ("VERIFY Agency of Sweden", "we", "us") wants to inform you about how we collect and handle your personal information. Here you also get information about your rights in this regard so that you know how to proceed if you want to assert any of these.

All employees at VERIFY Agency of Sweden have basic knowledge of data protection and we work with leading data protection experts. We always take the utmost care of your privacy and treat your personal information with great caution and care. 3. What personal data do we process?
3.1 Special information for you who provide information to any of our customers.
3.1.1 What personal data and why?
We may process your email address, your name, your telephone number, your place of work and your title.
If you represent an individual company, your social security number and residential address/invoice address can also be processed if necessary so that we can identify you as a customer and fulfill the purposes as below.
We may have received the information from your employer in cases where we have an agreement or other business relationship with you, such as in cases where you are stated to be the contact person for a specific agreement or in a specific issue.
The purpose of our processing of your personal data is that we should be able to communicate with you in order to maintain or establish a business relationship with you and/or the organization you represent and, where applicable, administer the contractual relationship with your employer, handle invoices/payments and communicate with you within the framework of the contractual relationship.
Our legal basis for the treatment is our agreement with you or the organization you represent (where applicable) and/or our legitimate interest in being able to communicate with you in your professional role in order to establish, maintain or establish a good business relationship with you.
3.1.2 How long do we save the data?
In cases where we process your personal data with agreements as a legal basis, we will process the data for as long as the business relationship lasts. If the business relationship ends, the information is deleted no later than one (1) year after the business relationship ends. We will save such information that we are required by law to save (for example, according to the Accounting Act).
Any personal data relating to invoicing / payment and where further processing of the data is required by law is processed for seven (7) years in accordance with the Accounting Act. Any personal data that appears in agreements that have been terminated is stored for ten (10) years due to the limitation period according to the Limitation Act.
4. Where is your personal data processed?
As a general rule, the processing of your personal data takes place only within the EU / EEA. However, there may be certain situations where your personal data needs to be processed in countries outside the EU / EEA, such as in the event that VERIFY Agency of Sweden at some point needs to use a subcontractor established in a country outside the EU / EEA. In such a case, we will take all appropriate legal, technical and organizational measures to ensure that your personal data is handled securely and with an adequate level of protection comparable to and at the same level as the protection offered within the EU / EEA in accordance with data protection legislation.
5. Who can be given access to your personal information?
You can feel confident that VERIFY Agency of Sweden will never sell your personal information. Nor will we give any third party access to your personal data in cases other than for the purposes we inform you about in this information text.
VERIFY Agency of Sweden takes all appropriate legal, technical and organizational measures to ensure that your personal data is handled securely and with an adequate level of protection. This applies both internally with us and when transferring your personal data to or sharing data with such selected third parties that VERIFY Agency of Sweden cooperates with. Only persons who need to process your personal data in accordance with the purposes described above have access to your personal data.
Subcontractors and group companies. Other companies within the VERIFY Agency of Sweden Group and subcontractors may take part of your personal data for processing in accordance with the purposes stated above. VERIFY Agency of Sweden is responsible for ensuring that all such processing of your personal data carried out by such third parties takes place in accordance with data protection legislation and only for the purposes we inform you about above.
Authorities (such as the Swedish Data Inspectorate / Data Protection Authority and the Police). We may provide necessary information to authorities such as the police if we are required to do so by law or if you have approved that we do so.
6. Your rights
You are always welcome to contact us (contact information above) for questions about the processing of your personal data or if you want to assert any of your rights as follows:
You have the right to know what personal data we process about you. Indicate clearly in your request what information you want to receive from us. The information is free and we will provide it to you without undue delay (within one month). If for some reason we can not give you the information you request, we will justify why for you.
You have the right to request correction of your personal data. It is important that the information we process about you is correct. If you change your e-mail address and other contact information or discover that the information we have about you is incorrect or irrelevant, you have the right to request that we correct it.
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data (the right to be "forgotten") if the data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected. However, there may be obligations for us - both contractually and legally - that prevent us from immediately deleting parts of your personal data. If you request to be deleted, we will delete all information about you that we can delete. We ensure that the other personal data that we are obliged to save in accordance with law and other obligations are blocked so that they can only be used for such specific purposes.
In certain situations, you have the right to request that we temporarily restrict the processing of your personal data. This can happen, for example, if you have requested correction of your personal data and it takes time for us to comply with your request. In such a case, the personal data may be limited while we are handling the case.
The right to obtain data in machine-readable format (data portability). In some cases, you have the right to obtain the personal data that is processed about you in a machine-readable format.
You have the right to object to such activities that we perform with your personal data that are supported in a so-called balance of interests / legitimate interest (see above which treatments may be relevant to you). Specify for us which treatments you object to in your request.
If you believe that we process your personal data in violation of applicable data protection legislation, we of course want you to tell us.
