Agenda

The Workshop will have 2 sessions. Each session will begin with a training from Eva, then time for you to work on the input and a Q&A at the end.

• 9 am - 12am:
  Session 1 is a theory part where Eva will give you a lecture about;
  What is Agenda 2030, the Sustainable Development Goals, ISO 26000 & self-declaration.
  The arguments of why you need to integrate Sustainability in your strategy.
  How to build your strategy and action plan - to future-proof your business. 
  
  
• 12am - 1pm: Break/Lunch
  
  
• 1pm - 3pm:
  Session 2 is a workshop where you apply your newly acquired knowledge to your business/company or a project.
  You will identify your company's value chain and connect relevant SDGs and sub-targets to your value chain, You will perform a stakeholder analysis and from there do a materiality assessment to determine which of the SDGs that are relevant to start to work with.
