BLOCK 1 - Business For SDGs
In this block you learn about sustainability and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and why sustainability is important for business. This is the core and foundation of the whole program.
You will learn how to map your value chain with the Sustainable Development Goals, do a stakeholder analysis, a materiality assessment and an action and evaluation plan. You will also learn how to effectively communicate sustainability strategies and goals to internal and external stakeholders, as well as how to formulate a business case (why a company should invest in sustainability).
In summery, you will get the knowledge of how to integrate sustainability into a business strategy.

BLOCK 2 - DE&I Change Leader
It is becoming increasingly clear that Diversity, Gender Equality and Inclusion are keys to more Sustainable and Profitable companies! Therefore, in this block, you will learn the facts and arguments for working with Diversity, Gender Equality and Inclusion in business.
The course builds on the SDGs as well as the seven Women Empowerment Principles, stated by UN Global Compact and UN Woman.
In summary, you will get the knowledge of how to transform a company into a diverse & inclusive company. Use the tools for shaping a company's business strategy around diversity, gender equality and inclusion.

BLOCK 3 - Certified Impact Auditor
To be trustworthy, an organisation needs to be transparent about their sustainability and ESG work. Being transparent will strengthen their competitiveness, including in public and private procurement, and contribute to future proof their organisation.
In this block, you will learn about why ESG is important for companies, different standards and a deep dive into ISO26000, which is an international guiding standard that help organisations manage their social, economic and environmental impact. You will then learn how to verify an organisations sustainability and ESG work according to the associated self-declaration connected to ISO26000 and now also aligned with EU's CSRD. By doing so, you also help organisations improve in awareness and responsibility while at the same time maximizing their contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals.
In summary, you will get the knowledge of how to verify an organisations sustainability work according to ISO26000 and the associated self-declaration - and thereby help organisations become transparent and trustworthy, which strengthens their competitiveness.

BLOCK 4 - Business For Circularity
Having a circular business model will be imperative for a business to survive in the future. It is a gain for both people, planet and profit. Waste is really nothing else than resources in the wrong place.
In this block, you will study the concept circular economy and learn about different circular business models. You will also together with the other course participant challenge yourself to come up with new innovative and circular business models.
In summary, you will learn what a circular business model is and how to integrate circularity in an organisation’s business strategy.
After having completed this course you will earn a certificate. This course will be launched during spring 2024.
BLOCK 5 - Transformational Leadership
Throughout the year, in parallel with the 4 different blocks, you will study sustainable and transformational leadership. You will also, besides the theory studies, be part of a Mastermind group where you will grow both as a person and as a leader.
The Mastermind is an exclusive support group for you with the aim of supporting you in whatever you face and strive for and in the process of taking the best out of you and your business in a really rewarding way. The concept of the Inner Development Goals will be in focus. Learn more about the Mastermind program.
After having completed this course, and earned you certificate for each of the other 4 courses in the program, then you will receive your certificate as a Certified Sustainability Manager.

How you will learn
- All the courses in the program are digital online and broken down into manageable modules, designed to accelerate the learning process through diverse activities. Including concrete step-by-step descriptions and tasks that take you all the way through each course.
- The course material is in English and consist of pre-recorded video lectures that you can download as an audio file and pdf. You are able to download the courses in an app and you are able to do the lectures anytime and anywhere.
- Engage in live group coaching sessions (on zoom) every second week with the course convenor to discuss any course-related questions. And interact with peers through different forums for co-learning whenever you want.
- All courses are built on the Train-the Trainer concept - meaning you will apply your newly acquired knowledge to a real case. It can be your company where you work, a project or a company that we match you with. To earn your certificate in each course you need to pass a theory test, and present the results of your case to show you have understood and can apply the learnings.
- You do each course at your own pace. On average, it takes about 9 weeks to complete one course if you put in about 8 hours a week.
- And throughout the year you engage and grow in the Mastermind sessions every sixth week.
